Jakarta, KompasOtomotif - Ford Motor Indonesia (FMI) meluncurkan "Ford Lebaran Siaga 2012" dari 16-26 Agustus 2012 untuk melancarkan pemilik Ford mudik ke kota asal untuk merayakan Idul Fitri.

Dari Jawa sampai Bali, FMI menyediakan bengkel-bengkel Ford beroperasi 24 jam yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur, Kelapa Gading, Tangerang, Bogor, Cirebon, Bandung, Tegal, Semarang, Kudus, Jawa Timur, dan Denpasar. Selain itu, Ford juga menyediakan layanan suku cadang, mobile service siaga, layanan emergency roadside assistance dan layanan call center pelanggan, yang semuanya siaga dalam 24 jam.

"Ford Lebaran Siaga 2012 dirancang untuk meningkatkan peace of mind bagi semua pelanggan Ford selama periode mudik," jelas Bagus Susanto, Managing Director PT Ford Motor Indonesia.

Tahun ini, FMI juga menyediakan layanan emergency roadside assistance (ERA) 24 Jam untuk memberikan pelayanan yang dapat diandalkan dan menjangkau pelanggan yang lebih luas. ERA akan mencakup daerah-daerah di Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Pekanbaru, dan Medan. Fasilitas yang disediakan berupa layanan derek, penggantian aki, ban, dan bahan bakar dalam keadaan darurat bagi konsumen Ford.

Selain itu disediakan 33 unit Emergency Road Assitance (ERA) AstraWorld, 27 Unit Garda Siaga, 21 Mobil Servis dan 40 motor unit sepeda motor Honda Care (customer assistance and road emergency).
