WASHINGTON, KOMPAS.com — NASA apparently was not satisfied simply examine the surface of Mars. Aviation and space agency of the United States that would like to see further into the heart of the red planet.
NASA on Monday (8/8/2012) decided to launch a robotic Lander is relatively inexpensive in 2016 in order to find out what makes the core of the red planet is so different.
The mission called Insight includes two instruments that will examine the geology of Mars in depth and will explore the Martian core size, composition, temperature, and more.
So far, the inside of Mars is still a mystery. The core of Mars is never an has a magnetic field, and researchers are unsure whether it is never an core solid or liquid, or have the dynamics as the core of the Earth.
This mission will be run by NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab.
